84.51°, an analytics and marketing firm headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, enlisted BHDP to design a new regional office in the historic Chicago Post Office. Selected for its well-executed historic renovations and data-driven design strategies, BHDP assembled an integrated team of designers to deliver creative solutions that honor the building’s historic significance, improve performance and employee satisfaction, and help attract and retain top talent.

Through research and prototypes, 84.51° and BHDP collaborated to develop an innovative approach to create adaptive spaces that support cultural values and agile principles. The design emphasizes the unique aspects of their work while echoing the company’s commitment to identifying customer experience. BHDP provided interior architecture, MEP/FP engineering coordination, and construction administration.
