Looking to remain competitive in the market and attract prospective tenants, Group RMC enlisted BHDP to design and execute a comprehensive renovation to create a cutting-edge amenity hub that would distinguish 65 East State as the top-rated office destination in the region.

The project transformed an existing office floor into “Hub 65,” a dynamic space designed to enhance the tenant experience. This upscale hospitality lounge features softened architectural elements and a rich, warm palette to make the space inviting and comfortable. It also includes a stylish coffee bar, a state-of-the-art gym, conference rooms, a lounge area, and more.
