Health Care Office Renovation
01 Challenge
BHDP was tasked with redesigning P&G’s Health Care wing at the Mason Business & Innovation Center to create a workplace that fosters well-being, collaboration, and flexibility. The challenge was to design an environment that supports diverse work styles, encourages organic interactions among teams, and enhances the overall employee experience while focusing on health and connection.
02 Solution
The design team implemented a three-zone approach, creating areas for focusing, collaborating, and connecting. Key solutions included a central grand stair to promote cross-floor interaction, flexible work neighborhoods with unassigned desks, and spaces like the Well Bean Café and rooftop terrace to encourage organic collisions. Thoughtful finishes and abundant natural light were incorporated to support employee well-being.
